How Automation Improves Business Performance and Overall Society

Automation continues to play an increasingly large role in our lives as humans leverage technology to improve quality of life. At Dolphin, automation is a huge part of what we do and the services that we provide. Through Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable automation in SAP applications, customers see increases in productivity by as much as 30-50 percent or more and reductions in cost per transaction by up to 60 percent.

Looking at the concept of automation at an even larger level, we thought it would be a fun and interesting exercise to create an infographic highlighting the impact that automation has had on our ability to improve business performance in addition to its impact of society-at-large.  From agriculture to accounting, and from travel agents to toll takers to telephone operators, automation has reduced business costs and improved efficiency over the last several decades.
