Primary Function
Qualified candidates will have excellent communication skills, strategic selling and presentation skills, and proven 7-10 years experience with direct sales of software and SAP content management solutions.

 

As a Sr. Account Manager you will have responsibility for:
The direct sale of enterprise wide SAP document imaging business solutions. Responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, providing product information and coordinating customer demonstrations and proposal development. Will need a degree with 7+ years successfully selling high-end imaging, fax server, optical character recognition (OCR), workflow (BPM) and outbound document distribution solutions to executives in a variety of vertical markets.

The direct sale of enterprise wide SAP data archiving business solutions - Responsible for identifying and qualifying new prospects, providing solution information and coordinating customer demonstrations and proposal development.

Selling SAP ArchiveLink ECM solutions that involve products like IBM CommonStore for SAP, Filenet, IXOS, Documentum, PBS ContentLink and other complimentary solutions like PBS, Esker and Kofax software solutions.

 

Specific Job Responsibilities Include

This position carries an annual software license quota with quarterly revenue objectives
Managing the complete OEM sales process including:
  Identification of recruitment targets
  Vigorously prospecting
  Understanding ISVs market space and growth challenges
  Building vision and business cases for partnering with Dolphin
  Preparing joint business plans (target, differentiation, financial models, …)
  Presenting Dolphin solutions to all levels of prospect organization
  Leading business term and contract negotiations
  Closing large and complex relationships – including royalties, services, maintenance
  Working effectively with Dolphin Partners
  Drive Partner success leading to high degree of customer satisfaction with the partner and their end customers.
  Where appropriate, manages pipeline of partnership sales activity


Qualifications:

Bachelors degree; MBA preferred;
Minimum 7-10+ years of direct sales ‘hunting’ experience with an Enterprise Software company
Proven OEM/VAR sales experience
Alternately, 2-3 years OEM sales experience along with additional 5-7 years software industry experience in a technical or Business Development role

 

 

Proven track record of:
Consistent over quota sales achievement.
Closing significant software opportunities, with some sales to OEMs/VARs.
Negotiating and closing large SAP ECM solution deals.
Development of strategic partnering relationships and related business development activities
Excellent presentation skills
Strong negotiation skills
