The
Solution
Dolphin delivered complete blueprint and implementation services
for the company’s invoice automation and workflow solution. The solution
was based around the Dolphin Process Tracking system for SAP Accounts Payable
with integration of IXOS/Open Text. We also designed and implemented header/line
OCR capture management system.
The Key

one vendor; maximum leverage
of the SAP investment with
minimal additional total cost
of ownership; and having best
practices based solution tailored
to their needs. In addition,
the chosen partner would be
responsible for rolling out
this solution globally with
Shared Services processing
at facilities in Europe and
Mexico.
The initial
implementation took 10 weeks.
Today each of the two Shared
Service centers are processing
10,000 invoices per day.
