Real-time Information and Essential Key Performance Indicators  The Dolphin Process Tracking System provides two different ways to report on information that significantly enhances what is available with standard SAP applications:

  • InfoCenter: The InfoCenter is a flexible tool that enables users to quickly and efficiently view key business (i.e., vendor number, invoice number, purchasing group, etc.) and process data (i.e., status, relative dates, current user, etc.). Users can easily search, filter, sort, and format data according to their particular business needs. Any view can be saved as a variant for future reference or reporting purposes. With a virtually unlimited number of available views, the PTS InfoCenter lets users track processes at a very granular level, so they can identify potential issues and take the necessary steps to keep processes flowing through the organization.
  • Launchpad: The Launchpad is a graphical dashboard from which users can access reports that are relevant to their role. Using the PTS Launchpad, users can :
    • Add an unlimited number of Dolphin, standard SAP, or custom reports
    • Create and save their own personal report settings and variants
    • Categorize reports
    • Display up to four (4) reports at once on the Launchpad Home screen
    • Select output for report in a tabular or graphical format
    • Download the report to Excel
