Every member of our support team has first-hand knowledge of our solutions and the unique challenges that our customers face during and after deployment. Dolphin provides a single point-of-contact for our solutions, which includes support for Dolphin software as well as any Dolphin-delivered third-party software. Our full-time support team is available to our customers on a 12x5 or 24x7 basis, depending on your particular needs. In addition to our live support options, Dolphin customers can easily access information on our solutions 24x7 through our web-based Dolphin Support Center. Dolphin maintains active user groups for our customers. During these events, Dolphin customers present information on their implementations and share best practices and the Dolphin team reviews the product roadmap and provides advanced instruction on using the latest product features. The Dolphin team also conducts workshops to collect requirements for new features. Customers are invited to follow our user group on LinkedIn
