Vishay Intertechnology's Secrets to Getting Users to Embrace AP Optimization October 12  |  1:45pm In March 2013, Vishay Intertechnology started their first implementation to optimize their AP operation. They rolled this out to three separate locations and more recently, September 2016, upgraded the solution to drive more benefits. As well reducing paper, manual processes and refocusing staff on more valuable work, they have also highlighted the bottlenecks, furthering their efficiency. As with all projects, change management has been critical. From securing senior management buy-in, deploying user groups and also hands-on project leaders to support implementation and utilization. Hear how:

  • Tracking has opened the lines of communication across AP
  • Their process flexibility increased – a critical element when staff leave or are hired
  • The project leaders immersed themselves in the solution to understand the benefits and pain points
  • They engaged staff to enthusiastically adopt the process and deliver greater value to the organization
